Score Guarantee

If you complete our course, we guarantee that you will get a 5 on the AP Physics 1 or AP Chemistry exam. If you are taking a dual-credit or college class, we guarantee you will get an A if you complete the relevant topics before being tested on them.

No other online platform guarantees this. The few in-person courses that guarantee it throw up a ton of barriers, where missing even one session cancels the guarantee. We let you complete our course any time, at your own pace, and you get as many tries as you need.

The only requirement for claiming your refund is:

1. For an AP exam, you must complete the test-prep course before the exam date in May
2. For a dual-credit or college class, you must complete the relevant topics before being tested on them
3. You must send us a screenshot of your AP score report from the College Board by the end of July, or your syllabus and final class grade after the course ends

If you do this, then we’ll refund you everything you paid us in the last year.

We’re confident in this guarantee because we know our system works. You will get a 5 or an A.

What Counts as 'Completion' for the Score Guarantee?

This is how most ‘guarantees’ get around giving you your money back, so we’ll be very explicit on what counts as completion:

• Every lesson and multi-step completed
• Every standalone Free Response Question completed with a score of 80% or more (infinite retakes allowed)
• Every practice test completed (no score requirement)
• All required reviews (based on practice test and FRQ performance) completed

We expect completion will take you 70-90 hours. It can be shorter if you test out of a bunch of the material, and it can be longer if you don’t focus while studying.

Recommended Study Plan

We will honor our guarantee no matter what study schedule you use, but we recommend the following:

• Start as soon as possible
• Work consistently at a pace that will let you complete the coures with a couple weeks to spare
• Take your mid-term and first full-course practice test as soon as you can
• Take your second full-course practice test 1-2 weeks before the test

By doing this, not only will you guarantee you get a 5 or an A, but you’ll also remember the content for much longer - helping you in your later science and engineering courses.
